In ancient Greek mythology, Morpheus was one of the sons of Hypnos, the god of sleep. Morpheus sends human shapes (Greek: morphai) of all kinds to the dreamer, while his brothers Phobetor and Phantasus send the forms of animals and inanimate things, respectively.

in an attempt to evoke the dreamscapes of Morpheus, this trippy improvisation features the hypnotic buzzing timbre of my Luthieros replica ancient Egyptian lyre & loop pedal, in my attempt to conjure a dreamscape from ancient times, when magic was perceived to be a very real part of the fabric of the universe...
